How to Order

3 Easy Steps to Order

  1. Add items to your “Shopping Bag”
  2. Proceed to “Check Out”
  3. Pay: Choose your payment method:
    1. To pay by PayPal/Credit Card:
      1. Select “PayPal”
      2. Fill in contact information
      3. Click “Continue”
      4. Follow the instructions to finish your transaction
    2. To pay by Cash/Check/Money Order
      1. Select “Place Order”
      2. Place your payment (made out to “Lady Ducks Program”) in an envelope (please include your name and order number) and either:
        1. Take to the “Lady Ducks Program” file in the Program Office at Anaheim Ice; OR
        2. Mail to:

Please note: If you are paying by Cash/Check/Money Order, your order will be placed once full payment is received.

Special Orders: Items in the Special Order category will be accepted at any time. However, the orders will ONLY be placed October 1st and December 1st. You must pay in full before the order will be accepted.

Backordered Items: If you place an order for an item that is backordered by the supplier. You will be notified via email of the expected arrival date.

Return Policy: All Lady Ducks apparel orders are made just for you.  Therefore we do not except returns.

Delivery: All orders will be delivered to Anaheim Ice.  Once you have been notified that the order is ready. Please go to the program office and ask for your order.  They will be dropped along the white wall that is behind the program office desk.  If shipping is required then it will be an extra charge added once the shipping amount is determined.
